Emerging Leadership Institute 2010
January 6-8, 2010

Program Description

The Emerging Leadership Institute (ELI) is an intensive two-day seminar that will provide participants with many of the critical leadership skills they need now and in the future. A group of up to twenty-five emerging leaders will be invited to participate in this year's Emerging Leadership Institute. The workshop is a collaborative process, where learning from each other is highly valued. The workshop is also a valuable and rare opportunity for each participant to reflect on and develop their ideas about leadership and on their own career.

This is an opportunity to engage in new professional relationships, work in an environment in which confidentiality is a guiding principle - facilitated by professional practitioners in the field, become part of an expanding network of ELI alumni (now over 200 alumni), and have an enhanced presence at the conference. ELI is a smart career move for any performing arts professional including presenters, managers, artists, agents, artistic company managing directors, marketing directors, arts council personnel, and other related positions in the performing arts.

The Emerging Leadership Institute will be held in New York at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers from January 6-8, 2010.
